Commonwealth v. D.S. (Expungement)
Case Summary:
In 2006 Defendant was charged with
numerous violations including Felony Aggravated Assault, Recklessly Endangering
another Person, Possession With Intent to Deliver and Reckless Driving. Following
a Non-Jury Trial, in exchange to a Guilty Plea to a Simple Assault
-Mutual Consent Fight, all remaining charges against Defendant were
Withdrawn.
